Dr Anna Hamling is Associate Professor of Comparative Cultural Studies (mainly Latin American, Spanish and Polish) in the department of Culture and Media Studies at the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, Canada. She has published numerous articles in English, Spanish and Polish on L. N. Tolstoy and Miguel de Unamuno religious essays, women artists in Latin America and music and dances. Her book on L. N. Tolstoy and Miguel de Unamuno comparative studies of their religious essays was published by Editorial Pliegos, Spain, in 2001.
